For buying property you need: sale agreement, title deed, encumbrance certificate, approved building plan, property tax receipts, NOC from society or builder, identity proof, address proof, and PAN card for registration.
For a consumer complaint you need: original purchase receipt or invoice, warranty card, any written communication with the seller, photographs of the defective product, and your identity and address proof.
For a bail application you need: copy of the FIR, arrest memo, bail application in prescribed format, identity and address proof of the accused, surety affidavit with income proof, and property documents of the surety if required.
For an employment dispute you need: appointment letter, salary slips for the relevant period, any written communication about termination or the dispute, PF and ESI documents, and any evidence related to the misconduct allegations if applicable.
For a divorce petition you need: marriage certificate, photographs from the wedding, proof of separate residence if claiming separation, income tax returns of both parties, bank statements, and any evidence related to the grounds for divorce.
