All content on the Platform, including design, code, AI models, prompts, and brand elements, is the property of Tandsol Private Limited. Documents generated for you through the Platform may be used by you for personal or professional purposes, but the underlying templates and AI systems remain our intellectual property.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimplifyLaw (TandSol Pvt. Ltd.), its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) any legal outcome of using documents, tools, or information from this platform; (b) the conduct, advice, fees, or service quality of any advocate listed on this platform; (c) the legal effectiveness or admissibility of any document generated; (d) any decision made by users based on platform content. In any event, total liability is capped at the amount paid by the user to SimplifyLaw in the twelve months preceding the claim. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration seated in New Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Governing law: India.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tandsol Private Limited, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement. The arbitral award shall be final and binding. Subject to arbitration, the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and rules made thereunder, a Grievance Officer has been designated. For full details and complaint procedure see /legal/grievance.
